Standard Returns

All our prints are custom-made specifically for each order. In accordance with consumer protection laws regarding printed materials and custom-manufactured goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items of standard quality (e.g., if you simply change your mind or order the wrong size). Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging our prints, but occasionally damage may occur during transit or a printing defect may be present. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly provide a free replacement or a full refund.

How to Request a Replacement or Refund:

1. Contact our support team at twinposters@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Include your Order Number in the email subject line.

3. Attach clear photographs showing the damaged or defective print.

4. If the parcel was damaged during delivery, please also attach photos of the damaged outer packaging.

Once your claim is approved, we will immediately process a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method via WayForPay.

Receiving Your Order

We strongly recommend inspecting your package upon delivery. If the packaging is visibly and severely damaged, please report it to the postal service representative immediately before accepting the parcel.
