All our prints are made to order. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear on the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
4. Billing and Account Information
We use WayForPay as our secure payment gateway. By submitting payment information, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us if we suspect fraudulent activity.
5. Shipping and Customs
All orders are shipped from Ukraine via Ukrposhta (Standard International Shipping). Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
Important: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
6. Returns and Refunds
Because our prints are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items of standard quality. However, if your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement or refund. Please contact us for instructions on how to submit a claim.
7. Intellectual Property and Copyright
All artwork, images, designs, text, and other content on this website are the intellectual property of TwinPrint Store. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from this site without our express written permission. Purchasing a print does not transfer any copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no case shall TwinPrint Store, our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
10. Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
